FAQ

Q. I created a username & password, completed the join us form then clicked NEXT but left the site before completing payment. Now I can't log in or finish the payment process.

A. Membership is complete only after you complete the step-by-step payment process. Your web browser will send you a confirmation page and you will receive an email receipt. Please contact us. You will receive notification to restart and complete the process. We also suggest that you clear your cache before you proceed to the <join us> page. If you don't know how to do this, see the instructions below.

  1. Click Start and select Settings, then Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
  3. Click Delete Files.
  4. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
  5. Click OK.

  1. On your brower top menu bar find and click Tools.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. Click Delete under the Browsing History section.
  5. Click Delete Files in the Delete Browsing History
    dialog box.
  6. Click Close.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close and relaunch your browser.

  3. Click Clear Now under the Private Data section.
  4. Check the box Cache and Clear Private Data Now.
  5. Click OK.
